Our pricing is intended to be simple. We offer a basic price, then you can make the add-ons you desire. Pricing is also based on demand and is less expensive on weekdays and seasonally Oct - April.
Every client’s desire needs to be assessed to give the best approach for them individually.
The following basic prices are for Saturdays May – September. Please call for a discount for other days and times of the year.
WEDDINGS
4 hours of coverage is $1400 and includes:
Free engagement photo in Kalispell
approx 300-400 photos saved high resolution on CD, 2 CD’s included
4x6 proofs
Free travel within 20 miles of Kalispell (nominal travel fees for outside this area)
OPTIONS

EVENTS & BY THE HOUR
Based on $150.00 per hour – call concerning your details

VIDEO PRODUCTION AND EDITING
On Location Video Capture $110.00 per hour plus tape costs, $10 per hour tape
Wedding Video including capture and editing of a full 4 hour wedding (approx 2-3 hours of actual footage) edited to approx 1 hour including the full ceremony.

Pricing…A General Idea:
The possibilities are virtually endless. We can create a basic slideshow or an elaborate production. It’s all up to you! You are always welcome to just discuss your project you have in mind. Toll free- 1-866-895-6407
A simple slideshow of 75 to 125 photographs, set to music, costs around $300-$400. If your photographs are all digital or are already in digital format, the price will be closer to $300. If we need to convert your photographs to a digital format, the price will be closer to $400.
If you wish to have a DVD made of video footage, the price varies depending on the editing required. If you simply wish to have you video footage converted to DVD format with a nice menu and a few titles, but limited or no editing the price is around $5 a minute. So, if you have an hour of video footage, we could create a tasteful DVD with a custom menu and add one or two titles to the video for around $300.
On the other hand, if you have video footage you want to be edited down in time, this runs around $10 a minute. So, if you have two hours of family footage and wish for it to be edited down to forty-five minutes, that would run about $450.
Perhaps you want a personalized “music video” as described above. This service is around $50 a minute. So, if you want us to create a romantic “music video” using your wedding footage, video and photographs, and the song you choose is approximately four minutes, the video would cost around $250.
Furthermore, if you have video footage that you wanted, plus you want a “music video” using the same footage, you get a deal! We’ll take $150 off the total. So if you have two hours you want shortened to forty-five minutes of the most precious moments and an approx. four song for a “music video”, then, the total is $600.00 !
And, of course, if there are additional enhancements or special features you wish to add to your creation, simply contact us to receive a free quote.
Also note that because we are located in Montana, we offer our services free of any sales tax!
